Street Art And Graffiti – Windmill Lane

This photograph was taken some time ago and what has been photographed may have been painted over by now.
For some reason many people believe that graffiti is legal in this area of the city ( Windmill Lane).
The following is typical of what I come across when I search the web "There are places that it is legal, e.g. under the ‘bridge of peace’ in Drogheda, Windmill Lane in Dublin."
I have been unable to find any evidence that this is the case.
